What's the difference between Free and Premium?
Free includes every planner feature (5 new tasks a day, plan 7 days ahead, 42 paintings). Premium gives double paint for every task, all 180 paintings, unlimited tasks and dates, and today's bonus without ads.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
Will I lose my paintings if I change phones?
Link a Google or Apple account in Settings → Account, then sign in with the same account on the new phone. To get your subscription back, tap Restore purchases with the same store account.
I'm not getting reminders.
Only tasks with a set time get a reminder, once at that time. Check that notifications for Paintday are on in your phone settings and in the app under Settings → Notifications.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: Settings → Delete account (at the very bottom). See Delete your account for details.
